Please read these terms carefully before using the REFILLR water delivery service.

1. Service Overview

REFILLR provides a platform for ordering and delivery of 20L water jars and related accessories. By using our service, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Ordering & Delivery

Delivery is typically completed within 24-48 hours of order placement. While we strive for punctuality, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Customers must ensure someone is available at the delivery location to receive the order.

3. Jar Management & QR Codes

Water jars are the property of REFILLR or its partners. Each jar is equipped with a unique QR code for traceability. Damaging, removing, or tamering with these QR codes is strictly prohibited. Customers are responsible for the safe return of empty jars.

4. Coupon & Subscription Packs

Coupon packs are non-transferable and have no cash value. Validity period varies by bundle (e.g., 30 days for Starter, Unlimited for Mega). Coupons are deducted upon successful delivery of a jar.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge if the delivery has not yet been dispatched.
Refunds for unused coupons in a bundle are processed on a pro-rata basis, minus a processing fee.
In case of quality issues, please report within 6 hours of delivery for a free replacement.
