Refer and earn: share Refillr, get free water
When a friend you refer gets their first Refillr jar delivered, they receive 2 free refills and you receive 2 to 6 free refills, added to your account automatically. The closer your friend lives to you, the more you earn: 2 for anywhere we deliver, 4 for the same area, 6 for the same street or building.
How it works
- Share your link. Open the Refer page in the Refillr app and tap Share on WhatsApp. Your personal code travels with the link.
- Your friend orders. They open your link, claim their free refills and place their first order. You get a WhatsApp when they join.
- You both win. The day their first jar is delivered, free refills land in both accounts. We message you both.

- 3 friends. A free hand press pump.

- When rewards arrive. Rewards are added when your friend’s first jar is delivered and their jar deposit is paid, not at signup.
- Who counts. The offer is for new Refillr customers, and each friend can be referred once.
- What a refill is. A refill credit is one 19-litre jar delivered to you.

When do I get my free refills?
On the day your friend’s first jar is delivered and their jar deposit is paid. The refills are added to your account automatically and we message you.
Can I refer someone who already orders from Refillr?
No. The offer is for new Refillr customers, and each friend can be referred once.
Can I give my referral refills to someone else?
No. Refills earned from referrals are for your own deliveries and cannot be transferred.
Where do I find my code?
Open the Refer page in the Refillr app. Your personal code and the WhatsApp share button are there.
