Share your bundle: one 19L water refill balance for home and office
Refillr delivers 19-litre drinking water jars in Kottayam, Kerala. With Share your bundle, one prepaid Refillr refill balance serves two addresses, for example your home and your office. The second location gets its own starter kit of 2 jars and a dispenser, its own contact number and the route days of its own area, while every refill still comes out of your bundle.
How to add a second location
- Open "Share your bundle". Find it on the Home screen of the Refillr app and under Account. Sign in at refillr.in with your mobile number.
- Add your second location. Pick a name such as Office, Shop or Parents, enter the mobile number of the person who will receive the jars, the full address and the area.
- See your starter kit and choose how to pay. A new place needs its own jars and a dispenser, so we bring a starter kit of 2 jars (with a refundable deposit) and a dispenser. You see the full price before you confirm. The first 2 fills come from your bundle. Choose Pay online or Cash on delivery.
- Confirm with a WhatsApp code. We send a 6-digit code to the new contact’s WhatsApp. Ask them to read it out and type it in. This keeps every number safe.
- We deliver the kit. The delivery is booked straight away for the new address’s next route day. The driver brings the jars and the dispenser. If you chose cash on delivery, you pay the driver then. The new contact gets a welcome message and can log in with their own number.
- Refills after that. Once the kit has arrived, tap "Request a delivery" on the location card any time. The location is also in our route-day WhatsApp message, so you can reply YES there too.

Good to know
- One refill balance. Both locations use the same refills. Whoever receives the jars, the refills come from your bundle.
- Its own jars and dispenser. The new location gets its own jars and dispenser. What you have at your main address stays there. The app shows how many jars are at each address.
- Own route days. Each location is delivered on the route days of its own area, so Office can differ from Home.
- Deposit is refundable. The jar deposit is billed to you and stays on your account. It is refundable when the jars are returned.
- You stay in the loop. You get a copy of the delivery updates for your second location, and Refillr is told as soon as you add it.
- Safe to add. Every number is confirmed with a code, so only a person who agrees can be added.

Share your bundle: questions
Who can share a bundle?
Anyone with a coupon bundle that has at least 2 refills left, because the first 2 jars at the new location are filled from the bundle.
Why am I paying for jars and a dispenser?
The second location is a new place, so it needs its own jars and dispenser. Your bundle covers the water. The deposit for the jars is refundable, and you see the total before you confirm.
Can I pay cash?
Yes. Choose Cash on delivery and pay the driver when the jars and dispenser arrive, or choose Pay online and pay from the app.
Can I use my own number for the second location?
No. Each location needs its own mobile number that is not already registered with Refillr, so updates reach the right person.
How do I get more refills at the second location?
After the starter delivery has arrived, tap "Request a delivery" on its card, or reply YES to the route-day WhatsApp message it receives.
Can I remove the location later?
Yes, from the same screen, once its jars have been collected and no delivery is coming up.
