Step by step
- Go to refillr.in and type your area name or pincode in the area checker.
- See your area’s fixed delivery days and the next delivery date.
- Choose a one-time jar, or a prepaid plan: Solo (10 refills), Home (30) or Reserve (60).
- Add a dispenser or pump if you need one.
- Pay online. Your first jar comes with a refundable deposit.
- On your delivery day, the van swaps your empty jar for a sealed, QR-tracked full one.

Need water on a different day?
You can ask for a priority delivery on a day that is not your area’s service day. A priority fee applies, waived once a month on the Home Plan and twice a month on the Reserve Plan.
